James Spendlove, a southern Utah native, joined JensenBayles, LLP in November of 2006 after obtaining his law degree from George Mason University, School of Law in Arlington, Virginia. James’ practice is almost exclusively litigation, including complex trust litigation involving multi-million dollar estates. James has represented a wide range of clients including; plaintiffs, defendants, beneficiaries and trustees.
